Equity Financing. We specialize in private placements. We raise capital from high net worth individuals, private equity groups and institutional investors. We typically will raise between $2 million to $10 million in equity.

Debt Financing. As part of our efforts we provide companies with access to wide range of credit facilities, including long-term debt, asset backed financing, factoring, leaseback, credit lines.

Government Grants. We have long standing government relationships. In collaboration with our in-house CAs and CPAs we provide R&D tax credits, expansion grants, fashion grant and access to other more complex government grant programs.
